Smartvatten switches to a new invoicing system

We at Smartvatten are pleased to announce a major upgrade to our invoicing system. Starting from 1.2.2023, we will be transitioning to NetSuite, a leading cloud-based finance and accounting software.

This change is part of our ongoing efforts to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our invoicing process, and to provide you with a more streamlined and convenient experience. We understand that this may cause some inconveniences and mishaps in the early stages of the implementation, and we apologize for that. However, we are confident that the new system will allow us to serve you better in the long run.

What does this mean for you?

In order to ensure a smooth transition, we would like to ask you to check the information on your invoices. This includes your billing and shipping address, contact information, and payment methods. Please take a moment to verify that all of your information is up-to-date and accurate. If you notice any mishaps, please inform our Finance team.
