Our devices and their maintenance are part of your Smartvatten subscription. We’ll make sure your device is either repaired or replaced. Get in touch with us directly so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

During the onboarding phase, we’ll determine whether our system already has an integration with the systems you’re working with, or whether we need to set up a new integration. If we’re already familiar with the systems, we can easily make arrangements for your company. If not, we’ll contact the company behind the system and make sure to get the integration up and running as soon as possible. Smartvatten partners with hundreds of API partners, so it’s likely that your vendor is already known by us.

Yes, you can. To share access to a specific property’s information with someone in the online portal, you can add their email address in the system. If someone needs access to multiple locations or you want to add several people, get in touch with us and we’ll take care of it for you.
