Your mission:

Smartvatten is seeking an Installation Specialist to join its Deployment team. In this role, you will support B2B customers to get started and get the best experience after purchasing water monitoring equipment and carrying out installations at customer properties. You will travel to various locations to perform the installations. The position involves internal and external contact areas, with many customer contacts via email, phone, and meeting customers.

The position entails traveling to various locations to perform the installations. The estimation of traveling is around 3-4 times a week. The rest of the week, you will plan future traveling routes, report to your team, follow up with B2B customers, update the database, and collaborate with your team to make successful installations.

• Tech-savvy individual since our equipment is designed to attach to the main water meter without any tools easily. Here is more information on how to do it.
• German / Deutsch language proficiency C1-C2 and English professional skills
